APCE 2009 is the continuation of the series of Asia-Pacific International Conference on Capillary Electrophoresis, which is an international symposium for the scientific discussion of the progress in both technique and application in capillary electrophoresis and other related separation techniques. The scope of APCE has been extended to the field of microscale separations and analysis since 2002.

APLOC 2009 is the First Asia-Pacific International Symposium on Lab on chip, which is to report the latest progress in this research area that is growing at a fast rate in the Asia Pacific region. This symposium will cover the topics of microfluidics, micro/nanofabrications, integration, materials sciences and detection technologies for life science applications.

APCE & APLOC 2009 will offer plenary, keynote, and contributed lectures, posters and product exhibition to display the latest progress and innovations in microscale separation and analysis science, Lab-on-Chip technologies and the related applications.
